What is a "Trust Account" and why does Aware Immigration Inc. deposit my money there?
This is a separate bank account, which is created specifically for holding client funds, for the services which have not been yet provided. The trust accounts and in-trust accounts allows Aware Immigration Inc. to deposit, manage and withdraw the money on behalf, and to the benefit, o the clients.
For example, the client application has certain milestones, or tasks that needs to be completed. These milestones are then linked to the payment disbursements. Although the entire fees for the client may be taken upfront, but all the money is deposited in the “Trust Account” of Aware Immigration Inc., and withdrawn after raising an invoice for the services rendered.
The trust account can also hold additional money or funds from the client, to cover additional charges or disbursements, like Government Fees. If those disbursements are not utilized, the unused portion money or funds held in the “Trust Account” will be returned back to the client.
We maintain all the records of the Client account, as per the Canadian legal requirements.
Your Money and funds given upfront, are safe with Aware Immigration Inc., and kept in the “Trust Account”.
